§ 22. Official newspaper.

The city council shall, as soon as practicable after the first day of January of each odd numbered year, designate by ordinance or resolution some public newspaper of the city as the official newspaper of the city, and shall publish therein all ordinances, notices and other matters required by the City Charter, ordinance or general law to be published.
