§ 21. Notices.

Latest version.

All formal notices under this agreement shall be delivered by hand, U.S. mail (certified or registered), or any courier service that verifies the date of delivery and shall be considered given upon the date of receipt. Notices sent to City shall be addressed to the city manager at P.O. Box 799, Uvalde, Texas 78802-0799. Notices sent to Company shall be addressed to Community Cable Television, Attention: System Manager, 340 North Getty Street, Uvalde, Texas 78801, with a copy to Community Cable Television, Attention: Legal Department, 4700 S. Syracuse Street, Suite 1100, Denver, Colorado 80237.

City and Company may designate such other address or addresses from time to time by giving notice to the other.
